Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use store reports to affect change and manage cash handling and promotions.
• Commitment to a clean, safe environment and health/sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead store team to provide exceptional customer service and guidance.
• Train and coach staff; develop leaders from within the team.
• Execute merchandising and marketing programs to drive profitability.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to identify improvements and optimize operations.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards program promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in compliance with health standards.
