7-Eleven Canada is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations in our Saskatoon location. You will supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive merchandising and sales targets.

This role focuses on training, coaching, and developing a high-performing team, managing P&L, cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs, while maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching of store staff.
• Develop leaders and maintain high retention through team development.
• Use store reports to drive merchandising, marketing and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching for all store employees.
• Identify and develop qualified applicants and promote internal leadership.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs to meet targets.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive changes and profitability.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions and loyalty program promotion.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
