7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, oversee daily operations, and drive profitability. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, merchandising execution, and staff development in a dynamic retail environment.

The Store Manager will manage cash handling, promotions, and adherence to health and safety procedures, while coaching employees and ensuring strong store performance.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in retail
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1+ year retail management experience
• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs as directed.
• Use store reports and P&L data to drive improvements and profitability.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment and in-stock products.
• Provide coaching and training to staff and promote internal advancement.
