7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager (Store Leader Trainee) to lead the store leadership team, drive profitability, and develop the skills of the entire store crew. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, merchandising execution, and effective use of P&L data.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Word/Excel proficiency.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least one year of retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities
