Qualifications

• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive positive change.
• Manage cash handling and fuel transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment per health and sanitation guidelines.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, with retail management experience.
