Reitmans Canada Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive daily operations, motivate a team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll support initiatives that elevate store performance, strengthen the brand, and ensure engagement across the team.

You will lead on coaching, scheduling, and omni-channel support while maintaining standards and ensuring a positive in-store culture. Flexible availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in team management or supervision in a retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience and engage the team in upholding high service standards.
• Strong skills in organization, planning, and prioritization.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Proven ability to lead a team toward achieving objectives.

Responsibilities

• Team support and coaching to develop a high-performing team.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and support store goals.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training team members.
