Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a store leader in Brampton to coach a team, deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales across products and services. You will manage daily operations, merchandising and customer relations while stepping in for the store manager when needed.

The role requires at least 1 year in a customer-facing sales setting, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced omni-channel environment. Availability includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results because of enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products.
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands in omni-channel retail.
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without supervision.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills including problem analysis and decision making.
• High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, and motivating your team to drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and teaming up with co-workers
• Delivering sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
• Act as a partner between customers, sales associates and store leadership
• Learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer needs
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge and current trends
