Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a store leader in the Greater Toronto Area, including Brampton, to oversee store operations and lead a team of assistants, leads and advisors while partnering with all areas of the business to drive sales and customer satisfaction. The role requires 5+ years of leadership in a large retail or hospitality setting, strong financial management, and a proven sales record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a hospitality or retail team of 50+ associates.
• 5+ years managing operational expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store leadership team and operations.
• Motivate, coach, and develop staff to help customers find solutions.
• Cultivate an inclusive, learning-focused culture.
• Oversee KPIs including revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, and safety.
• Maintain a healthy profit and loss.
