Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a Key Lead in Brampton to act as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates while driving store performance on the floor.

You'll perform opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill Omni Channel orders, and ensure a high quality customer experience through product knowledge and brand alignment. This is a part-time role with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience: At least 1 year preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication.
• Fashion knowledge and trend awareness.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Open/close routines.
