• Motivate associates and build brand loyalty.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service on the sales floor.
• Represent the company professionally and positively.
• Help maximize productivity through knowledge and payroll management.
• Process payroll weekly.
• Adjust schedules based on business needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and adhere to CRE standards and safety.
