Job summary

Dynamite is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead a team and deliver a premium shopping experience. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while driving high standards of service and operational excellence.

You will maximize profitability by achieving and surpassing sales targets, managing schedules, and fostering a collaborative, fashion-forward culture across our North American stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary business education is an asset.
• 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Passion for fashion and customer orientation with strong leadership.
• Demonstrates problem solving, decision making and urgency.
• Promotes collaborative, creative environments and sharing best practices.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking.
