Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Team Lead to drive store success by delivering a positive shopping experience for every customer. You will help optimize inventory, support shipments and eCom orders, and uphold our brand presentation standards.

Your leadership will contribute to a high-performing team and strong customer relationships. Your role requires retail experience, a passion for fashion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Good time management to handle multiple tasks.
• Organized, proactive, hands-on team player.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience for each customer.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers.
• Assist in day-to-day store operations and inventory management.
• Support shipments, replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
• Maintain brand presentation and visual/merchandising standards.
• Contribute to achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
