Dynamite is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team. You will ensure a positive customer experience, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards across the floor and online channels.

In this role, you will coordinate with teams, adapt to a dynamic retail environment, and contribute to achieving targets while delivering exceptional service and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary study in business is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Strong customer focus and passion for fashion.
• Proven solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
• Proficient in social media, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and provide leadership to the team.
• Promote a positive shopping experience for each customer.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to drive sales and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to inventory management and replenishment on the sales floor and via eCom orders.
• Ensure brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards are upheld.
