Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive a positive shopping experience, and build strong customer relationships. You will recruit, train, and coach staff to achieve exceptional sales and operational efficiency in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

You will oversee recruiting, training, and development, ensuring high standards of customer service while maximizing profitability and store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in fashion clothing or equivalent.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for fashion.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Ability to foster an environment open to participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.
• Demonstrates flexibility, urgency, and impactful ideas in a changing business environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively.
