Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations, leading a team to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional shopping experience.

You will help optimize inventory, manage shipments, and fulfill online orders while upholding brand standards across the sales floor. The role requires fashion passion, customer focus, and strong organizational skills, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion clothing, or equivalent
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision making abilities
• Flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in changing business environment
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to build partnerships and collaborate across teams
• Social media skills, mobile device proficiency, and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and provide leadership to optimize sales results
• Promote a positive shopping experience and lead a high-performing team
• Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment
• Oversee shipment processing, store replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual standards
