Job summary

Dynamite is seeking a Store Team Lead to help drive store success by delivering a memorable shopping experience and building lasting customer relationships. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll contribute to daily operations, inventory management, and visual standards.

You will lead a team on the sales floor, coordinate shipments, replenish stock, and support eCom order fulfillment while upholding brand directives. The role requires a proactive, organized approach and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years retail experience preferred.
• 1 year team lead experience preferred.
• Passion for fashion and customer focus.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Contribute to inventory management and store operations.
• Increase sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand presentation.
• Assist with shipment processing, floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
• Support store management in daily tasks.
