Best Buy Canada is seeking a store leader (retail store manager) for GTA locations including Aurora, Brampton, Richmond Hill, Woodbridge and Newmarket. You will lead a large team, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple departments.

You will mentor and coach staff, foster an inclusive, fun environment, manage KPIs and costs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve results. This role offers competitive wages, benefits, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a retail/hospitality team of 50+ in a high-volume store.
• 5+ years managing operating expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals in a high-sales-volume store.
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all store operations and lead a team including assistants and advisors.
• Motivate, coach, develop and inspire staff to help customers find the right product.
• Cultivate an inclusive, fun, and learning culture.
• Oversee store KPI's: revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, safety.
• Maintain a healthy profit and loss.
