Job summary

Best Buy Canada in Thunder Bay is seeking an assistant store leader to guide and coach a team of sales advisors, delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving store goals.

You’ll oversee KPI targets, merchandising standards, inventory health and health and safety, while maintaining a healthy profit and loss. The role includes flexible scheduling and supportive leadership, with annual compensation ranging from 52,000 to 66,000 CAD plus a company performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates
• 2+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
