Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 18 months retail environment experience.
Minimum 12 months people management experience.
Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
Flexible schedule including evenings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead team members and coach them on delivering an excellent consumer experience.
Oversee store operations, product replenishment, and cash handling.
Drive sales and Brand experience by applying product knowledge and selling skills.
Ensure adherence to loss prevention, safety, and company policies.
Develop and maintain strong teamwork and stakeholder collaboration.
