Pandora is seeking a Store Manager in Vancouver to lead a high-performance team on the sales floor, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales. You will coach Assistant Store Managers and Sales Leads, manage performance, and ensure brand standards across operations and merchandising.

The role requires 3–5 years of Store Manager experience, strong communication, and the ability to recruit and develop top talent while meeting KPIs and store targets.
