Job summary

Adidas Canada is seeking a Store Lead to guide hourly associates and drive sales while upholding brand standards. You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, handle cash and POS, and ensure exemplary customer service. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays and a proven ability to motivate a team to meet store goals.

As a leader, you’ll assist in merchandising, staff scheduling, and training, fostering a positive, high-energy environment across the store.

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
• Retail experience preferred, with leadership exposure.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide the daily operations of the store and activities of hourly associates to maximize sales and customer service.
• Provide positive reinforcement and coaching to staff to achieve goals.
• Lead training presentations for Sales Associates on product knowledge and store procedures.
• Assist management with staffing, scheduling, and labor cost control.
• Display merchandise and manage floor sets to attract customers and promote sales.
• Ensure POS integrity and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain store upkeep and communicate product levels to management.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues to uphold Adidas service standards.
• Lead by example in sales, customer service, and store upkeep.
