Kontoor Brands, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Vancouver location. The role leads the sales floor, coaches staff on customer engagement, loyalty, and day-to-day operations, while ensuring store standards and policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members.
• Use store technology and office equipment, including point‑of‑sale systems, computers, and handheld devices.
• Stand and move throughout the store during scheduled shifts, up to 8 hours.
• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, with team support as appropriate.
• Push or pull merchandise racks and assist with restocking activities.

Responsabilités

• Brand Experience/Customer Service: drive sales by maintaining high retail standards and coaching the team.
• Visual, Operation, and Safety: manage visual merchandising, store cleanliness, safety, and loss prevention.
• Leadership: act as Manager-On-Duty, recruit and schedule, and engage with district peers.
