Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOPs and company standards are followed and team accountability for store results.
• Deliver sales and KPI performance, and manage the store team to meet annual objectives.
• Lead the execution of the brand promises and shrink/safety programs.
• Hire, train, and coach team members; conduct performance management and development.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and oversee cross-trained departments including Custom Framing selling and production.
