Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with knowledge of inventory management, merchandising and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years of experience directly supervising a diverse team, including performance management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOP compliance and policy execution.
• Deliver sales and KPI plans, and drive the store team to achieve objectives.
• Lead the execution of customer brand promises.
• Implement shrink and safety programs to meet goals.
• Staff the store by hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members.
