The Michaels Companies Inc. in Saskatoon, SK is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a team and drive sales, profitability and a customer-centric shopping experience.

You will oversee operational processes, inventory control, planogram execution and omni-channel activities, while coaching staff and maintaining store standards. The role involves shift supervision, policy adherence, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for customers and associates.

Formación

• Retail management leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager to deliver sales plan/profit plan and KPIs; manage the store team to achieve role KPI's.
• Lead adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and policies; hold the team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Hire, train and evaluate Team Members; identify talent and develop Team Members and managers for advancement; use leadership competencies for self-development.
• Coach Team Members and lead performance management/disciplinary processes as needed.
• Plan workload, scheduling, and execution of store workload; supervise and direct Team Members and approve time off.
• Lead and manage freight flow to meet truck standards; oversee inventory management and planogram execution.
• Lead merchandise operations including omni-channel; manage shrink and safety programs; ensure visual merchandising standards and seasonal layouts.
