Responsibilities

• Ensures cashier/merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures.
• Trains cashiers/merchandisers in job functions and provides guidance.
• Maintains loss prevention standards and cash office processes.
• Addresses customer inquiries, refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Ensures shelves are clean, displays are rotated, and housekeeping standards are met.
• Performs clerical and banking duties when necessary.
