Arc'teryx Equipment Calgary is seeking a Store Lead to work with the Assistant and Store Manager, lead a talented group of Product Guides, and facilitate the guest experience across experience, product, community, operations and people.

You’ll stay product-obsessed, love the outdoors, coach on people and guest experience, drive business needs, provide feedback, and help the store reach targets while living our values.

Qualifications

• One or more years of leadership experience in retail.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Passion for customer experience and outdoor products.

Responsibilities

• Lead in alignment with Arc'teryx Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Support in-store experience during shifts and on the sales floor.
• Coach product guides to deliver world-class guest experiences.
