Job summary

Under Armour in Edmonton is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and deliver a world-class customer experience across merchandising and operations.

You will own planning, payroll, scheduling, inventory control, loss prevention, and daily store performance while mentoring teammates and proving leadership in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong analytics, 3+ years of management, and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years management experience in retail.
• Minimum 1 year management in sports/apparel & footwear retail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to interpret analytics and metrics.
• Knowledge of employment laws and local requirements.
• Advanced interpersonal skills and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a strategic plan to achieve planned sales and KPIs
• Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to drive real-time decisions
• Drive performance through customer service, inventory control, and store appearance
• Build loyalty through in-store experience using data capture and omni-channel solutions
• Direct merchandise handling, shipment receipt, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment
• Oversee daily operational procedures and store audit compliance
• Manage payroll and schedule adjustments to maximize productivity
• Maintain a neat, safe, and organized sales floor and fitting room
• Lead and develop teammates through performance management tools
• Recruit, hire, and retain high performing staff
• Support seasonal hiring and turnover management
• Perform other tasks assigned by leadership
