Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, drive sales, oversee opening/closing procedures, and coach a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will analyze sales results, lead trainings, maintain store standards, and reinforce brand values while fostering a positive work environment and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations.

• Sales & Customer Experience: drive sales, coach team, and adjust shop floor to meet goals.
