Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze store performance reports and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom with focus on customer service and smooth operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays that align with brand standards.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
