Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. seeks an on-site supervisor to lead a team of 16-20 staff, organize daily operations, recruit, train, and evaluate performance. You will balance cash, manage inventories, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented, reliable approach to achieve service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• English language required.
• Secondary school education required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
• Monitor staff performance.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Recruit staff.
• Set staff work schedules.
• Supervise staff.
• Train staff.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Cost products and services.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Provide customer service.
