Job summary

Kibbi is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and help achieve sales goals. This role will act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.

The position requires at least two years of retail experience with two years in a supervisory capacity, and open availability across days, evenings, and weekends. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of retail experience.
• At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.
• Helping with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues.
• Training, coaching, and developing employees.
• Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.
• Assigning tasks to the team and ensuring store safety and cleanliness.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Responsible for hiring and performance management.
