Job summary

Farm Boy in Aurora, Canada, is seeking a team member to help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and support customers and staff daily.

You will help with housekeeping, assist customers, and contribute to a positive in-store experience while following Health & Safety policies. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus. Prior janitorial or food-retail cleaning experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and engaging customer service to support Farm Boy’s best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers according to Farm Boy Service Standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized spaces, including washrooms and staff areas.
• Assist with inventory tracking and store supplies as requested.
• Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety policies and equipment use.
• Support opening/closing procedures and assist fellow Team Members as needed.
