Job summary

Farm Boy in Aurora, Canada, is seeking a team member to help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and support customers and staff daily.

You will help with housekeeping, assist customers, and contribute to a positive in-store experience while following Health & Safety policies. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus. Prior janitorial or food-retail cleaning experience is helpful.

• Assist with inventory tracking and store supplies as requested.
• Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety policies and equipment use.
• Support opening/closing procedures and assist fellow Team Members as needed.

Through attention to detail, pride in your work, and a customer-first mindset, you’ll support both our customers and Team Members by maintaining shared spaces and contributing to a positive in-store experience. • Deliver friendly and engaging customer service that supports Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Ensure all shared and team member spaces are well maintained, including eating areas, washrooms, and locker rooms.
• Assist with inventory tracking and purchasing of store supplies as requested.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities on a periodic basis to support overall store operations.

• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
