Job summary

Farm Boy is seeking a team member to provide welcoming, high-quality customer service and keep department presentation at its best. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and ensure signage accuracy while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus. This role includes on-site duties and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality is an asset.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and keep cleanliness high.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident customer service aligned with Farm Boy standards.
• Welcome, assist, and inform customers about products.
• Package, stock, rotate merchandise, and ensure accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas.
• Follow health, safety and food safety policies and procedures.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and support team as needed.
