The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Victoria, BC is hiring for a permanent full-time Customer Service Associate who will greet donors, process donations, manage cash transactions, and help maintain an attractive sales floor layout.

You will work in a safety-conscious environment, with opportunities to learn cash handling procedures, use POS systems, and support daily operations while contributing to the community service mission.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience is required.
• Experience in processing donations and customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers/donors in a friendly manner and drive sales.
• Handle cash and debit transactions with accuracy and accountability.
• Assist with donation processing, stocking, pricing, and store merchandising.
