Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have completed some High School.
• Prior related experience in a warehouse or thrift store is an asset.
• Must pass Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check and TSA Abuse Registry Check.
• WHMIS training is required annually; Praesidium Academy training modules may be relevant.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to meeting store sales budgets by maintaining customer service standards.
• Assist with store layout plans to attract customers, including window and merchandise displays.
• Replenish inventory as directed and manage inventory control to prevent shrinkage.
• Handle daily cash transactions, perform cash-outs, balance floats, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Follow safety procedures and general maintenance guidelines; perform janitorial duties as requested.
