Job summary

Walmart Canada in Rockland, ON is seeking an Associate to provide customer service and stocking duties in a safe, clean environment. You will work as part of a team to plan and execute tasks based on workload and operational needs.

You will greet customers, help locate merchandise, promote products, and ensure shelves are stocked and organized, while maintaining store fixtures and backroom readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting customers, assisting with products/services, locating merchandise and assisting purchase decisions, resolving issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Review workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately stocking merchandise
• Maintain modular integrity and shelf capacity
• Stock merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process
• Ensure fixtures, supplies and tools are used properly to complete tasks
• Contribute to a safe, clean and hazard-free environment by following company policy and completing safety logs
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process
