Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an associate to provide outstanding customer service and stock merchandise. You will greet customers, promote products, locate items and assist purchases while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

You will review workloads, sign merchandise, manage shelf capacity, and support backroom stock unloading. This role starts at a minimum hourly rate and offers opportunities to contribute to store operations daily.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting customers, assisting with products and purchases, resolving issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store.
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity.
• Handling merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete tasks.
• Contributing to a safe, clean and hazard-free work environment through adherence to company policy.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
