Job summary

Walmart Canada Corp is seeking an associate to provide customer service and stock merchandise in a safe, clean store environment. You will greet customers, promote products, locate merchandise and help with purchases to ensure product availability on shelves.

Responsibilities include workload review, accurate signing of merchandise, maintaining shelf integrity, handling CAP/VizPicking bins, and preparing backrooms for stock unloading while following safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
