Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp is seeking a stocking associate to provide excellent customer service and execute stocking duties in a safe, clean environment. You will work as part of a team to plan and execute tasks based on workload and operations.

The role involves greeting customers, promoting products, locating merchandise, accurately signing items, and maintaining shelf integrity. You will support stock unloading and ensure proper fixtures and tools are used throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting customers, promoting products, locating merchandise, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and referring concerns when needed.
• Review workload for the assigned area of the store.
• Accurately sign merchandise.
• Maintain modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Work with merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensure proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete tasks.
• Contribute to a safe, clean and hazard-free environment by following company policies, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
