Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp is seeking a stocking associate in Rockland, ON to provide outstanding customer service and stock merchandise efficiently. You will greet customers, help locate items, promote products, and resolve issues while maintaining clean shelves and safe fixtures.

You will review workloads, sign merchandise, and support the Customer Availability Process. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and accurate stocking in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
