Job summary

ALDO Group in Pickering Town Centre is seeking a Part-Time Stock Coordinator to keep inventory flowing and shelves stocked. You will support store readiness for customers and assist with product movement between floor and backstore.

The role emphasizes a strong customer-first approach, reliability, and flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts in a fashion-forward retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently.
• Keep the backstore clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales.
• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and backstore, and helping with visual setup.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part‑Time Stock Coordinator keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly. From staying on top of inventory to making sure the store is always ready for customers, you play a key role in keeping the flow going.
