Job summary

ALDO Group in Vaughan, Ontario is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive sales and create a memorable in-store experience. You bring energy, style, and a customer-first attitude that keeps shoppers coming back.

You will handle styling, visual merchandising, and daily store operations while staying on your feet, lifting up to 16 kg, and working flexible day, night, and weekend shifts. This role offers generous employee discounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs (≈16 kg).

Responsibilities

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets.
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Follow all policies and procedures (payments, discounts, returns, loss prevention).
• Support daily operations like restocking and backstore tasks.

The Role
