Job summary

ALDO Group in Mississauga is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver a welcoming in-store experience. You will bring energy, style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back.

You will connect with customers, support restocking and backstore tasks, and help maintain appealing displays while upholding store policies. This role offers employee discounts and growth opportunities in a fast-paced fashion brand.

Qualifications

• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets.
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention).
• Support daily operations like restocking and backstore tasks.

The Role
