Job summary

ALDO Group in Montreal, QC is seeking a Part-Time Stock Coordinator to keep inventory flowing and the store ready for customers. You will manage shipments, restock shelves, and ensure the backstore is organized for daily operations.

You should have retail or service experience, a passion for fashion, and a friendly, customer-first demeanor that connects with shoppers. This role involves day, night, and weekend shifts with benefits and growth opportunities within ALDO Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (16 kg) during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently
• Keep the backstore clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales
• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and backstore, and helping with visual setup
