Job summary

ALDO Group in Ottawa is seeking a Part-Time Service Coordinator to support store operations, maintain inventory, and ensure the shop is ready for customers. You’ll work behind the scenes under the Store Manager, helping with stock, replenishment, and daily tasks to keep the sales floor running smoothly.

You should have retail or service experience, a keen interest in fashion, and the energy to handle day, night, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to shoe requests from the sales floor quickly and efficiently.
• Locate and retrieve the correct styles, colours and sizes.
• Demonstrate initiative and sense of urgency during shifts.
• Assist Stock Manager with shipments.
• Keep the backstore clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations, including restocking and visual setup.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Service Coordinator keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly. From staying on top of inventory to making sure the store is always ready for customers, you play a key role in keeping the flow going.

What You'll Be Doing

• Respond to shoe requests from the sales floor quickly and efficiently, with a target of less than 30 seconds per shoe


• Locate and retrieve the correct styles, colours and sizes while maintaing accuracy


• Demonstrate initiative and sense of urgency, independently identifying and completing tasks during shifts


• Assist Stock Manager with incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently


• Keep the backstore clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales


• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines


• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and backstore, and helping with visual setup
