Job summary

ALDO Group in Brampton is seeking a Part-Time Stock Coordinator to keep store operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You will manage shipments, maintain an organized backstore, and support daily flow to ensure the sales floor is ready for customers.

You will join a fashion-forward team, with opportunities to grow and contribute to visual merchandising and loss-prevention efforts while balancing a flexible schedule across day, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy and ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night and weekend shifts.
• Able to stand and lift up to 35 lbs (16 kg).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently.
• Keep backstore clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Follow loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations, including restocking and visual setup.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Stock Coordinator keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly. From staying on top of inventory to making sure the store is always ready for customers, you play a key role in keeping the flow going.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently
• Keep the backstore clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales
• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and backstore, and helping with visual setup
