Job summary

ALDO Group in Mississauga is hiring a Part-Time Stock Coordinator to keep store operations running behind the scenes. You’ll manage inventory, ensure backstock is organized, and help readiness for customers on the floor.

You’ll work with the store team, handle shipments, support visual merchandising, and uphold health and safety standards. If you’re passionate about fashion and enjoy fast-paced retail, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy with ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs. (16 kg).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently.
• Keep the backstore clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales.
• Follow loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and backstore, and helping with visual setup.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Stock Coordinator keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly. From staying on top of inventory to making sure the store is always ready for customers, you play a key role in keeping the flow going.
