123Dentist is hiring a Sterilization Assistant for a SE Calgary clinic. This full-time, permanent role focuses on disinfecting and sterilizing dental instruments, and upholding strict infection control procedures.

You will empower the team to deliver safe patient care in a collaborative clinic setting. Entry-level applicants are welcome; training and mentorship are provided to help you grow within a fast-paced dental network.

Qualifications

• Completion of a certificate in Medical Device Reprocessing or similar program involving the sterilization of medical/dental equipment.
• Experience is not required; entry level considered.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dental instruments and equipment are disinfected and sterilized properly.
• Maintain sanitation and infection control policies with accuracy and ownership.

We are currently hiring for a full time, permanent Sterilization Assistant for one of our clinics in SE Calgary.

The ideal Sterilization Assistant for our team will be an essential part of the team by ensuring all dental instruments and equipment are disinfected and sterilized appropriately. The person we are looking for is excited to empower dental providers to deliver the finest and safest care to patients by taking ownership of the integrity of sanitation and infection control procedures and policies.

SCHEDULE:

• 32-36 hours per week
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30-4:45, and Friday 7:30 - 3:45
